Tying off the testicles is a popular practice in BDSM, in which a femdom usually ties off the bottom's scrotum with rope, string, nylon stockings or laces. In a BDSM context, tying off the testicles is usually the prelude to further games that fall under CBT. The testicles and the member are maltreated either with bare hands or with whips, canes, weights or similar.
