Swallowing Semen

Swallowing semen means deliberately taking semen into the mouth and then swallowing it. The practice occurs in a sexual context and is a personal preference that some people enjoy while others find unpleasant or exclude entirely. The key factors are always consent, voluntary participation, and respectful handling of everyone’s boundaries.

Because semen can irritate mucous membranes and transmit sexually transmitted infections, this practice should only be chosen consciously and, if possible, only when the health status of the people involved is known. Anyone who is not comfortable with it does not have to swallow or keep anything in the mouth; spitting is just as valid a choice.
