Cast Fetish

A cast fetish refers to a sexual or erotic preference for plaster casts, especially for bandaged or immobilized limbs. The focus is usually not the material itself, but rather the situation associated with the cast, its appearance, or the special role it creates. The English term “cast fetish” is also used.

In a fetish context, there are different expressions: some people enjoy wearing a cast themselves, while others are aroused by the image or idea of a partner in a cast. Care, dependency, vulnerability, and role reversal often play a part. It is important to distinguish fantasy from reality: a real medical cast is meant for stabilization and should never be applied or altered for sexual reasons.
