Bizarre doctor refers to a dominatrix who offers doctor-like role-play within clinical erotic scenes. In this role, she usually takes the lead in the scene and often appears in typical clinical or medical attire, such as a lab coat, latex or other fitting clothing. The term belongs to erotic staging and does not describe real medical work.
