The G-spot, also known as the Gräfenberg zone, G-zone, or G-spot, is described by some as a particularly sensitive area in the vagina or on the front vaginal wall. The term is named after Ernst Gräfenberg, who in 1950 described a possible erogenous zone along the urethra. Anatomically, however, the G-spot has not been clearly identified as a separate organ or distinct tissue; sensitivity in this area varies greatly from person to person.

For some people, stimulation of the front vaginal wall may feel pleasant, arousing, or conducive to orgasm, while others find it little or not at all stimulating. The term should therefore not be understood as a universal fact, but as a possible experience that is not present in everyone. A gentle approach, communication, and respect for boundaries are important, since pressure or friction can also feel uncomfortable.
