Uncut

Uncut means that the penis has not been circumcised and the foreskin is still present. The term is used mainly in a sexual context and describes only a bodily condition, not sexual orientation or gender identity. Depending on language and setting, “uncircumcised” is also used.

Whether someone is circumcised or uncircumcised says nothing about personality, hygiene, or sexual preferences. In erotic or medical contexts, the term should be used neutrally and without judgment. As always in intimate situations, consent, respect, and consideration for individual sensitivities are important.
