A glory hole is an opening in a wall through which a penis can be inserted for anonymous sexual contact. The term is mainly used in the context of sexual practices and anonymous encounters.

Special caution is important with this practice: because the people involved do not know each other, consent, hygiene, and safer-sex measures are essential. Condoms and, where appropriate, additional protection can reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections, but they do not provide complete protection. There is also an increased risk of boundary violations or unwanted acts, so clear consent and a safe setting are necessary.
