Psycholagny

Psycholagny refers to an orgasm that occurs without direct physical touch. The term is used for arousal or orgasm experiences that may be triggered by fantasy, mental focus, suggestion, or other non-physical stimuli. In everyday use, however, the term is rare and not strictly standardized medically.

It is important to interpret the term carefully: an orgasm without touch is not something that can be understood as being caused by thoughts alone in a simple or directly measurable way. Rather, it involves complex psychological and bodily processes. The term therefore describes sexual experience with a strong mental component more than it does a distinct medical diagnosis.
