Abduction
Abduction generally refers to an abduction or kidnapping, meaning the unlawful taking or detention of a person against their will. Outside of sexual or playful contexts, the term is primarily used in legal, criminological, or medical settings.
In a BDSM or role-play context, abduction can describe a consensual fantasy or staged scenario in which a kidnapping is reenacted following prior agreement. In such cases, it is a role-play scenario with clearly defined rules, boundaries, and safety arrangements that is explicitly based on consent.
Without such prior agreement, abduction constitutes a criminal offense. The term therefore describes either a serious crime or a consciously agreed-upon role-play scenario, depending on the context.
