Use play
Use play is a form of dominance and role play in BDSM in which a submissive person is presented as being “used”. The active partner gives instructions and the passive partner takes on a serving, subordinate role. This can involve sexual, physical or symbolic use.
The professional classification is important: even in use play, consent still applies. The term describes a dynamic, not a right to ignore boundaries. Practices involving humiliation or bodily contact, such as being used as furniture, an ashtray or a toilet, are especially sensitive and should only be discussed within clearly agreed, realistically assessed and safely limited boundaries.
