Anal fisting

Anal fisting means inserting a hand or fist into another person’s anal canal or rectum. It is a very intense sexual practice that requires experience, trust, communication and careful preparation. Anal fisting is not simply “anal sex in a stronger form”, but a much more demanding act with a higher level of risk.

The most important factors are slow preparation, plenty of lubricant, clear agreements and stopping immediately if there is pain or discomfort. The anal and rectal area is sensitive and can be injured easily. For that reason, anal fisting should only be practised by experienced people and with great caution. It has nothing to do with violence in the legal or everyday sense; it always requires voluntary consent.
