Anilingus

Anilingus, also known as rimming, is an oral sexual practice in which the anus and the surrounding area are stimulated with the lips and tongue. This includes licking, kissing and other forms of oral contact in the anal region. For some people, the anus can be a very sensitive and erogenous area. The practice appears in different sexual constellations and is not limited to any one orientation or to BDSM.

The most important factors are consent, hygiene and health. The anal area can transmit germs, so cleanliness and, where appropriate, protective measures such as a dental dam should be considered. An open discussion about preferences and boundaries is also useful. Anilingus is not an automatic part of BDSM scenes; when it occurs, it is a negotiated practice between adults.
