Facesitting / Queening

Facesitting, also called queening, is a sexual practice in which one person sits on another person’s face. It often involves a femdom, meaning a dominant woman, taking position on the bottom partner’s face. Depending on the position, the genitals or the anus may be oriented toward the mouth; the practice often centers on cunnilingus or anilingus.

Facesitting can be pleasurable for both partners, but it must be approached with caution because the breathing of the person underneath must always remain unobstructed. In particular, full-weight facesitting, restraint, drowning scenarios, or combinations with bondage are risky and should only be done with clear agreement, careful control, and the ability to stop immediately. Practices that may restrict breathing should not be treated lightly.
