ATM / arse to mouth

ATM stands for “arse to mouth” and refers to oral sex performed immediately after anal penetration or anal contact. This carries a significantly increased risk of transmitting bacteria, germs and intestinal infections. From a hygiene point of view, the practice is particularly problematic.

In a BDSM context, ATM is sometimes treated as a dirty game or humiliation play. The important professional classification, however, is clear: this is a risky practice that should only be discussed with full consent, realistic awareness of the risks and very strict hygiene. It should not be downplayed.
