Demiflux
Demiflux is a non-binary gender identity in which one part of a person’s gender is experienced as relatively stable, while another part can fluctuate in intensity. This fluctuation usually concerns how strongly or present a gender feeling is, rather than necessarily changing the type of gender itself.
A demiflux person may, for example, consistently feel partly connected to one gender while another aspect of their gender feeling becomes stronger, weaker, or at times barely noticeable. Demiflux describes a gender identity and does not indicate sexual orientation, relationship style, or sexual preferences. As with all identity terms, what matters is how a person describes themselves and which terms, pronouns, or forms of address they use.
