Quoiromantic

Quoiromantic, sometimes humorously called wtfromantic, refers to people who have difficulty clearly distinguishing between different kinds of attraction. Romantic, platonic, or other forms of closeness may blend together for them, feel interchangeable, or be difficult to separate in a meaningful way. Some quoiromantic people also understand the concept of romantic attraction only in a limited way or not in the usual sense.

The term is mainly used within the aromantic spectrum, but it can be experienced differently from person to person. It does not describe an inability to form bonds, but rather a particular perception and categorization of attraction and relationships. How the term is used exactly is individual and not standardized.
