Diaper Fetish

Diaper fetishism refers to sexual arousal triggered by wearing diapers or by seeing other people wearing them. A common distinction is made between an active and a passive form of the fetish. For many, the diaper itself is the main stimulus; for others, roleplay, a sense of security, regression, or the special perception of closeness and dependency may also play a role.

The active form mainly focuses on wearing diapers. For some, simply wearing one is enough, while others associate it with urinating or defecating into the diaper.
