Floor stocks

A floor stock is a fixed restraint or display device anchored to the floor. It visually resembles historical stocks and can be made of metal, wood or steel. In BDSM contexts, it is used for staged scenes, immobilisation and controlled positioning.

Important: such devices must be stable, safe and suitable for the position used. Restraints should never be so tight that they cause pain, numbness, circulation problems or injury. Any humiliation, display or immobilisation should only take place with clear consent and agreement; unsafe construction or improvised solutions should be avoided.
