Display
In BDSM, fetish, or performance contexts, a display refers to presenting a submissive or presented person to other people. The focus may be on the body, a role, a service function, or an erotic presentation. The key point is that any display must be consensual and clearly agreed upon in advance.
Depending on the context, the person may be clothed, lightly clothed, or naked. Because a display can easily turn into voyeurism, humiliation, or social boundary crossing, consent, privacy protection, and clear limits on the audience are especially important. Public or semi-public situations should be carefully assessed from both a legal and an organizational perspective; unsolicited humiliation or involving bystanders is not acceptable.
