Greek
“Greek” is a colloquial, somewhat outdated term for anal sex. It refers to sexual intercourse in which an erect penis is inserted into the anus. The term is not neutral and is used only rarely today.
Anal sex can be pleasurable, but it requires special caution. Consent, sufficient lubricant, slow progression, and clear communication are important, because the anal tissue is sensitive and can be injured more easily. Condoms significantly reduce the risk of sexually transmitted infections and should be standard when partners change. Pain, bleeding, or discomfort are warning signs and should be taken seriously.
