Sixty-nine is a sexual position in which two people perform oral sex on each other at the same time. They lie opposite each other or slightly offset, allowing fellatio and cunnilingus to happen simultaneously. The position can be used as foreplay or as a standalone part of sexual activity.

Comfort, mutual consideration, and a pace that works for both partners are important. Because breathing may be restricted depending on the position, free airflow and sufficient stability should be ensured. If discomfort, pain, or uncertainty occurs, it is sensible to change position or stop.
