Ballbusting

In BDSM, ballbusting refers to the deliberate infliction of pain or punishment in the area of the testicles. The term is used for a highly risky practice in which a man’s or a person’s genital area is subjected to force, kicking or other intense impact. This is not self-defence, but a sexualised and consensual BDSM practice.

Even within a consensual frame, ballbusting is medically sensitive. Even relatively little force can cause crushing injuries, bruising, testicular damage or long-term harm. The practice should only be discussed with great caution, clear agreements and a high level of experience. Consent does not replace risk management.
