Binder

A binder is a tight-fitting garment that makes the chest appear flatter. It is worn to create a flatter chest silhouette. It is commonly used by trans men, non-binary people with a chest, and also by drag kings.

Important: a binder must not be too tight and should only be worn as intended. Wearing it for too long or incorrectly can cause pain, breathing problems, skin irritation, or tissue damage. Caution is especially important during sport, while sleeping, or over long periods; if in doubt, follow the manufacturer’s instructions and stop wearing it if you experience discomfort.
