Candaulism
Candaulism refers to sexual arousal or pleasure derived from a partner being watched, desired, or sexually involved with a third person. It often involves deliberately exposing, displaying, or being aware of a third party’s sexual attention. The term is most often used in male-centered contexts, but it is not limited to them.
Candaulism is related to voyeurism, exhibitionism, wife sharing, and cuckolding, but it does not automatically mean the same thing. What matters are the individual roles, agreements, and boundaries of everyone involved. As with any sexual arrangement, consent, communication, and clear agreements are essential; without the agreement of all participants, it is not acceptable.
