Cassromantic
Cassromantic refers to a romantic orientation or self-description. People may describe themselves as cassromantic if their romantic orientation is not an important or defining part of their identity. The question of which romantic label applies to them has little personal significance or is not a central concern.
Cassromanticism does not indicate whether a person experiences romantic attraction or not. Cassromantic people may be alloromantic, aromantic, grayromantic, or have another romantic orientation; the key point is not the type of attraction, but the limited importance assigned to romantic orientation in their sense of self.
The term can be useful when someone does not feel a strong connection to romantic categories without necessarily excluding romantic experiences or relationships. As with other orientation terms, cassromantic is primarily a self-description and should not be applied to others without their consent.
