Demi-Nonbinary
Demi-nonbinary, also written deminonbinary, demi-enby, or demienby, refers to a non-binary gender identity. People may describe themselves as demi-nonbinary if they identify partly, but not fully, as non-binary.
This can mean that a person feels a clear connection to non-binariness while also feeling a connection to another gender or to no additional gender. Some demi-nonbinary people also understand themselves as women, men, agender, genderfluid, or otherwise gender-diverse; others use only this term.
How strongly the non-binary aspect is felt, and which pronouns, names, or forms of address are appropriate, varies from person to person. Demi-nonbinary is primarily a self-description and should be respected without making assumptions about someone’s body, expression, transition, sexual orientation, or relationship form.
