Cock and Ball Torture (CBT)

CBT stands for “Cock and Ball Torture” and refers to sexual practices in which the penis and scrotum are subjected to pressure, impact, pulling, squeezing, or other forms of intense stimulation. In a BDSM context, this can be experienced as pleasurable pain, but the area is highly sensitive and therefore involves significant risks. The term does not refer to medical treatment, but to a consensual sexual practice.
