Trampling
In BDSM, trampling refers to a practice in which the active-dominant person steps on the body of the passive-receiving person or deliberately shifts body weight onto specific parts of the body. Depending on the style, this may also include carefully walking on the body. The term is used differently within the scene and can describe very different levels of intensity.
Trampling carries significant risks and should only be practiced with clear consent, experience, and great caution. The chest, abdomen, neck, spine, and genitals are especially vulnerable; improper or uncontrolled pressure can cause serious injury. If practiced at all, only safe positions, controlled weight, and prearranged stop signals should be used. Practices intended to cause intense pain or injury, especially to the genitals, are only suitable for very experienced participants with careful risk assessment and should never be attempted casually.
