Domina

A domina is a woman who takes on dominant roles in a BDSM context and offers related services or role-play. The focus is usually on power dynamics, control, staging, and, depending on the style, sadistic elements as well. A domina is also called a mistress. The service is not necessarily linked to intercourse; instead, it may center on discipline, bondage, humiliation, fetish practices, or other consensual BDSM scenarios.
