Genderfloren

Genderfloren is a non-binary gender identity and a form of genderfluidity. People may describe themselves as genderfloren when their gender changes or moves between different non-binary genders, but is never fully man or woman.

Unlike genderflor, genderfloren may include masculine or feminine non-binary genders or corresponding gender aspects. A genderfloren person may, for example, at times experience their gender as neutral, agender, masculine-non-binary, feminine-non-binary, maverique, xenogender, or otherwise non-binary, without experiencing themselves as a man or a woman.

A similar term is genderflor; it is often understood more narrowly and tends to exclude masculine and feminine gender aspects. Genderfloren does not indicate sexual orientation, romantic orientation, gender expression, or desired pronouns. What matters is how a person understands the term for themselves and which labels, pronouns, or forms of address they use.
