Frogtie

A frogtie is a bondage position in BDSM in which the legs are fixed in a strongly bent, frog-like posture. Typically, the ankles are secured to the thighs, while the hands may also be restrained against the legs or behind the back. The position can be visually appealing and highly controlling, but it severely limits mobility.

Because frogties can place significant strain on the body, caution is essential. The position should only be maintained for a limited time, with regular checks for circulation, numbness, breathing, and general comfort. Overly tight restraint, pressure on joints or nerves, and prolonged immobility can cause injury; quick release must always be possible.
