Nebulasexual

Nebulasexuality is a sexual orientation or self-identifying term within the asexual and aromantic spectrum. People may describe themselves as nebulasexual when, due to neurodivergence, they find it difficult to clearly distinguish between different forms of attraction, such as sexual, romantic, aesthetic, sensual, or platonic attraction.

The term does not mean that a person necessarily experiences no attraction at all. Rather, the attraction they experience may feel “nebular,” unclear, or difficult to categorize. Which kinds of attraction are affected varies from person to person. Nebulasexuality is not a medical term or diagnosis, but an identity label that can help people describe their own experiences more accurately.
