Toilet slave

A toilet slave is a person in a BDSM context who is willing to see, tolerate, or in specifically and explicitly agreed forms engage with another person’s bodily waste. The term is often associated with extreme play or humiliation and must be classified as highly risky. Such practices must never be assumed; they require very clear, informed, and voluntary consent.

Direct contact with urine or feces carries significant health risks, including bacterial, viral, and parasitic infections as well as damage to mucous membranes. Swallowing bodily waste in particular can cause serious illness and should not be considered casually. If such practices are considered at all, it should only be under strict consent, thorough education, and with full awareness that they are medically and hygienically problematic.
