Casssexual
Casssexual refers to a sexual orientation or self-description. People may describe themselves as casssexual if their sexual orientation is not an important or defining part of their identity. The question of which sexual label applies to them has little personal significance or is not a central concern.
Casssexuality does not indicate whether a person experiences sexual attraction or not. Casssexual people may be allosexual, asexual, graysexual, or have another sexual orientation; the key point is not the type of attraction, but the limited importance assigned to sexual orientation in their sense of self.
The term can be useful when someone does not feel a strong connection to sexual categories without necessarily excluding sexuality, sexual attraction, or sexual relationships. As with other orientation terms, casssexual is primarily a self-description and should not be applied to others without their consent.
