Erotophonia

Erotophonia refers to sexual arousal or gratification through anonymous phone calls. In most cases, this is not consensual phone sex, but rather the anonymous calling of strangers as part of voyeuristic or boundary-crossing behavior. The term is rare and used more descriptively than as a technical term.

It is important to distinguish this clearly from consensual phone sex: erotophonia in the sense of harassing calls is not a harmless variation, but can be unpleasant, intrusive, or even illegal for the people being called. Such behavior should not be romanticized or mistaken for a BDSM practice.
