Klismaphilia
Klismaphilia refers to a sexual preference for enemas. The erotic focus lies on receiving, preparing, or experiencing an enema. This preference may be linked to physical sensations, control, taboo, or a medical setting. The term is closely associated with medical or clinical fantasies.
Enemas are primarily medical or care-related procedures and are not suitable for sexual use without caution. Improper application can cause pain, mucosal irritation, injury, or disturbances in fluid and electrolyte balance. Such practices should therefore only be attempted with great care, clean equipment, and solid knowledge; if there are health concerns, medical advice is important.
