Pegging

Pegging refers to anal penetration with a strap-on, a sexual practice in which one person penetrates another anally using a strap-on. The term originally referred mainly to situations in which a woman penetrates a man, but it is now used more broadly. Pegging can take place between people of any gender configuration.

As with all forms of anal sex, consent, hygiene, slow pacing, and proper preparation are especially important. Only suitable, clean, and intact toy materials should be used, ideally with lubricant and clear communication. The anal area is sensitive; if there is pain, bleeding, or discomfort, the activity should stop immediately. Without caution, injuries can occur.
