Small Penis Humiliation

Small penis humiliation, often abbreviated as SPH, is a consensual BDSM and fetish practice in which a person is erotically humiliated because of the actual or merely attributed size of their penis. The penis does not have to be objectively small; the focus is often less on anatomy than on shame, loss of control, submission, taboo-breaking, or the thrill of being mocked within an agreed role. The practice may occur in private dynamics, online, or in professional contexts with dominatrices, dommes, or other dominant people.

It is important to distinguish SPH clearly from real devaluation and unwanted body shaming.
