Dyke
Dyke is originally an English slur for lesbian women. In German usage, the term is usually borrowed directly; translating it as “Kampflesbe” is imprecise and not recommended because it carries its own pejorative tone. Today, dyke is also used in some lesbian, queer, and activist contexts as a deliberate, empowering self-designation.
Whether the term is insulting or affirming depends heavily on context, relationship, and situation. As an outside label, it should be used with great caution, since it can still be hurtful.
